NEOTECHNIK German Experts Came to the Company for Technical Training

From February 15 to March 2, NEOTECHNIK (Qingdao) Dust Removal Equipment Co., Ltd. invited Mr. Wolfgang Pätzold and Mr. John, renowned German dust removal experts, to conduct dust removal technical training and exchange.

Investigation in Wuhu

On February 15, just after the festive Spring Festival holiday, headed by General Manager Ma Weidong, NEOTECHNIK's Sino-German technical team went to the site of Gree Electric Appliance Wuhu Project for an investigation.

The main purpose of this trip was to carry out technical exchanges and docking with the equipment manufacturers of Gree Electric Wu'an Project, and to demonstrate and exchange the technical design scheme of the dust removal part. The professional dust removal knowledge and professionalism of NEOTECHNIK team were unanimously praised and recognized by customers.

Technically Training

From February 19 to March 2, focusing on the company's talent development strategy and following the concept of "Talent is the first resource of enterprises", two German experts came to NEOTECHNIK Qingdao headquarters to provide technical training and question-and-answer for all the company's technical and project staff without any stop after their trip to Wuhu.

During the 2-week training trip, German experts conducted detailed training and explanation on the dust removal technology in all processes and stations of the casting industry, including smelting (electric furnace, molten iron transfer, powder adding device, etc.), pouring, cooling, shakeout, sand treatment, cleaning (shot blasting, grinding), and conducted training on important special technical topics such as pneumatic conveying system, anti-condensation moisture calculation, low-emission filter bag type selection, etc., as well as on-site communication and question-and-answer on the technical issues raised by NEOTECHNIK colleagues. They also reviewed the technical schemes of the company's projects under construction.

NEOTECHNIK's General Manager Ma Weidong said that the company would create conditions as much as possible so that staffs would have more opportunities to contact with various advanced technologies, concepts and top experts and scholars in the industry. The company would not only invite German experts to give technical guidance to the company, but also continue to send technical teams to Germany to receive more in-depth and comprehensive training.
