Job requirements:
1. Development and maintenance of company recruitment channels;
2. Organize recruitment activities according to the company's annual recruitment plan, including collecting and screening resumes, inviting interviews, and closing interviews, etc .;
3. Determine the training needs according to the needs of the company's business;
4. Organize company training activities according to the company's annual training plan;
5. Responsible for the daily operation of the company's business school, assist in the development of business school training courseware, business school training organization, management, management of teaching materials and collection.
6. Other leaders deliver.
Conditions of service:
1. Bachelor degree or above, graduated in management major;
2. Personnel work experience of 2 years and above;
3. Strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit;
